I was looking forward to Patrick & Tiana’s beautiful day since they booked me! When she mentioned that the reception was going to be at the John Michael Kohler Arts Center, I got so utterly excited! I used to intern there during my last semester of college, so I couldn’t wait to go back!
This amazing couple’s day was nothing short of perfect. AMAZING weather, a beautiful Catholic ceremony and all of their loved ones there to celebrate them and this new exciting chapter they’re beginning. After the ceremony, we headed to Riverbend in Kohler which was a photographer’s absolute dream location. It literally feels like you’re in a fairytale with the ivy covered beautifully crafted buildings and intricate landscaping. We’re so grateful that Patrick was able to get us into this members only location to shoot the bridal party portraits!
Besides all of the amazing locations this wedding had to offer, did I mention they got a shout out from country singer Brett Young right before their first dance to his song “In Case You Didn’t Know”? YUP, THAT HAPPENED. You can say that was definitely a first for me to witness! Such a special and memorable moment for them!
To the newlywed Regenwether’s, thank you for allowing Brooke and I to be such a big part of your day! May you treasure these photos for the next 70 years!
