I have no words for Kyle & Mara. They’re the kind of couple a photographer dreams of working with! I am so unbelievably honored to have been a part of their wedding day and witness these two become Mr. & Mrs. I know the planning process wasn’t easy during a pandemic, but these two handled it with grace.
We started the day at a friend’s lake house on Lake Winnebago to capture all of Mara’s details and the ladies getting ready. The best part of our time at that house? Mara’s first looks with her dad and with Kyle. SO. MANY. TEARS. I can’t help but smile thinking about her dad’s face when he saw his baby girl in that dress. A moment every little girl dreams about. And Kyle’s reaction? The biggest and most genuine grin from ear to ear followed by him telling her over and over how beautiful she was.
The rest of their day was nothing short of amazing. We celebrated their love with their closest friends and family, listened to some hilarious speeches and toasted to the lives of 2 friends near and dear to Kyle and Mara that were watching from above. So much love in one beautiful day, and I was so happy to be there to witness it.
